 In an effort to communicate with the residents of Covington on important issues and occurrences within the city, Covington staff has implemented an E –ALERT notification program. The program will be used to notify Covington residents in a timely manner on issues and incidents that may affect them, such as criminal activity, long term road closures, seasonal safety suggestions, periodic crime prevention tips or a Level 3 Registered Sex Offender moving into Covington.
The E–ALERT system is used to improve the safety of Covington residents by keeping them informed. E–ALERTS will be sent to you via the e-mail address that you provide. The E–ALERTS will be sent only as new or important information comes available. We anticipate no more than 2 to 3 E–ALERTS per month.
