The Executive Department of the City of Covington is made up of the following divisions: City Manager's Office, Personnel/Human Services, City Clerk's Office, and Law & Justice (police, court and city attorney contracts).
The City of Covington is a code city with a Council-Manager form of government. The City Manager is appointed by the Covington City Council to oversee all of the executive, administrative, and operational services provided by the city.
