Welcome to the Engineering Division. We are responsible for the transportation, and stormwater infrastructure systems of Covington. This division also manages environmental services including enhancements to the waterways, recycling and garbage (solid waste) programs. Whether it is a damaged storm drain, a new traffic signal, a needed stormwater line, or an evaluation of a street's traffic, the Engineering Division of the Public Works & Emergency Management Department has a hand in it.
