    Clean Covington Day
Reigster now to help stop graffiti!
With the new panhandling ordinance passed, the excellent turnout for Earth Day and subsequent clean-up at Jenkins Creek Park and a committment by the City to help eradicate graffiti, you can help keep the flow going by dedicating a little time and elbow grease to clean graffiti around Covington.

Participants will meet at the City of Covington Maintenance Shop for a quick continental breakfast/snack at 9 a.m. City police and maintenance workers will give a demo on removing graffiti and talk about graffiti in Covington. Then, teams will be armed with removal supplies and dispatched out to areas in Covington that need your graffiti removal expertise.

All supplies provided. Please wear clothing that you don't mind getting dirty. Teams need to have at least one driver and vehicle for transport. Individuals can drive themselves or be paired up with other individuals for the event.

For more information, contact Karla Slate at kslate@ci.covington.wa.us or (253) 638-1110 ext. 2234.
